Swix Grip Wax

Description

The VR Krystal waxes are fluorinated and have bigger temperature ranges, one for falling and new fallen snow and one for old snow. Sand kick zone with 100-150 grit sandpaper, iron in first layer, then apply 4 to 8 thin layers. Cork each layer smooth. Shorten each layer by just a little so there is greater build up in the middle/less nearest the glide zones. VR45, VR55 and VR65 are outstanding waxes. VR50 is new recipe: No silver. Better Grip.

The gurus at Swix told me that after VR65 go to Zero Skis or go to a Universal Klister
