Ski Sizing Recommendations (Skier Weight In Pounds):

165 - 90 to 120 pounds

175 - 120 to 150 pounds

185 - 150 to 180 pounds

195 - 180 pounds and up

Though these are "waxless skis" we recommend the Swix F4 Combi Glide Wax Kit for added performance and general maintanence of all "no-wax" skis.
