Return/Exchange Policy

We at Northbound Outfitters/ Cross Country Ski Shop are very confident in our products & ability to get you in the right ski. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Northbound Outfitrters/ Cross Country Ski Shop for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of purchase (less shipping, handling, and any services provided for skis).

If you are returning skis/ski packages, we will first work with you to try to get you in a different ski that will fit your needs better.

If your return/exchange is after 14 days, you may receive store credit up to 30 days after the receipt date (less shipping, handling, and any services provided for skis).

After 30 days, it is up to management's discretion on how to best handle returning/exchanging equipment.

If you are returning skis/ski packages, there will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns for the services provided at time of purchase (mounting, scraping, waxing, prepping,etc).

  • All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging
  • All items must be unworn with original tags attached (if applicable).
  • Send returned items via USPS, UPS or Fedex to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping, Northbound Outfitters/Cross Country Ski Shop does not issue shipping labels or credit shipping costs.
