This boot is Fischer's top of the line World Cup Skating Boot and is deserving of the name RCS Carbonlite. With this all NEW RCS Carbonlite Skate Boot Fischer has dialed in the fit to what I believe is perfection and added a couple of new performance features. A ratcheting micro adjust strap across the instep keeps the foot firmly in place. Unparalleled torsional stiffness is achieved with the all new all Carbon Crosslink that connects to the asymmetric WC Carbon Cuff. More Power, More Control. With Fischer's Snake Lacing System the laces are parallel to avoid creases and overlapping and also to ensure even pressure distribution. A specially placed loop (Arch Support Lacing) closes around the foot from the bottom to support the arch. The Carbon Flex Cuff can be canted in one of three settings on each side for optimal fit and performance. An adjustable Heel Fit Strap enables individual heel width setting and a Gel inlay surrounds the ankle for a custom fit, while a neoprene sock adds comfort and warmth. A speed lock makes for quick and easy lacing.
As most of you know Fischer switched from S-Brand and now uses the NNN System for their boots. Fischer believed the NNN System offered more for skiers like you and the ones competing on the World Cup. The price you see is Fischer's minimum advertised price.

Fischer RCS Carbonlite Skate Ski Boot Features:

• R3: Better flex, optimized torsional stiffness, more stability through wide underfoot. Different material hardnesses for skating/ classic.
• World Cup Carbon Cross Link: External stabilising elements made of high-strength carbon fibres fix the WC Carbon Cuff to the boot, ensuring the high degree of torsional resistance.
• Canting: Canting function on both sides, each with two settings. Enables medial and lateral adjustment to the lower leg axis. Height adjustable up to 4mm with special key provided.
