Salomon is now offering their NNN Prolink system to join the majority of the market in producing bindings that are compatible with both NNN and Turnamic boot soles.   This isa welcomed move to many as now they can Salomon boots with either SNS or NNN.  This binding is a great starter binding for newbies or for a fitness sker.  This binding is best used with flat deck skis as it is not compatible with the NIS plate and requires screw-in installation.
